Where we deliver

Cost and timing

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Delivery times start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you order.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays go out the next working day.

You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Tracking your order

Your dispatch email contains a tracking link. If it hasn't updated within 48 hours of dispatch, email info@prettydup.com with your order number and we'll chase it.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address carefully before you order — we can't change it once the parcel is dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we'll refund the order minus the original delivery charge, or resend it once you've paid postage again.

Missing parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't got it, check with neighbours and look for a safe-place note first. If it's still missing, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll open a claim with the carrier.

If tracking hasn't moved for 7 working days, email us and we'll investigate.
