These terms govern your use of prettydup.com and any order you place with us. By using the site or ordering, you accept them. Last updated 27 September 2026.

Using this site

You must be at least 16 to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for anything unlawful.

All content on this site — photography, text, designs, logos — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission.

Products

We photograph every item as accurately as we can, but colours can appear differently depending on your screen. Slight variations between the photo and the item you receive aren't a fault.

Measurements in our size guide are approximate and can vary slightly between styles.

All items are subject to availability. If something sells out after you order, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but doesn't form a contract — the contract exists once we dispatch your items.

We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, we've priced something incorrectly, we can't authorise your payment, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after taking payment, you'll be refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.

We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect an order we've already accepted.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we're not obliged to fulfil the order at that price. We'll contact you before doing anything.

Payment is taken at checkout. Your items remain our property until paid for in full.

Delivery and returns

Risk passes to you on delivery.

Your statutory rights

Our liability

We don't exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity.

Events outside our control

We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, supply failures, extreme weather or industrial action. We'll tell you as soon as we can and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Emails and marketing

If you opt into our emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.

Disputes

If something's gone wrong, email info@prettydup.com first — we'd rather sort it directly.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
